1. Device Pins or Charging Pins are Dirty

Dust, dirt, moisture, smudges, and debris can basically accumulate over a period of time whether you use the device or not. So, it may possible that your device pins or charging pins are dirty enough. Make sure to clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable gently.

You can use a toothbrush or fiber cloth with a little amount of alcohol to gently rub and clean out the charging pin or connector ports properly so that the metal part becomes visible clearly.

Once done, make sure to dry out the charging pin or connector port using a dry cloth properly so that no liquid element is left.

Note: Do not roughly scrape the metal part of the charging port of contacts with anything like metal. Otherwise, you may damage the plating and cause corrosion on the charging surface.

Try using a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger for your Fitbit Versa or Sense.
